How to make an order

Buy in Oh Yeah! It is very simple. You can order the following ways:

1. as a guest user (no B2B):

We will only request the basic information to manage your purchase and send you your order. This option is designed for private clients who do not need additional registration or services.

2. As a registered user (particular):

The information of your orders is saved in the “My requests” section of your personal area, so that you can consult it in the future or even repeat the order with a single click, saving time in your efforts.

3. As a registered user (professional/B2B):

If you are a professional client, you must register as a professional user. In this way, you can access specific functionalities for companies, such as orders management with equivalence surcharge.

Note: Registered users as professionals (B2B) cannot make orders such as guests or apply discount codes, and have a single shipping method.

Steps to make your order:

  1. Add the products to the cart:
    You can do it from the category page or from the product file.

  2. Do you already have everything?
    Click on the "Finish purchase" button to start the payment and shipping process.

  3. Tell us your contact and shipping data.

  4. Do you have a discount code?
    Only available for private users. Add it to the "Enter discount code" section and press the "Apply discount" button.
    (Not applicable for registered users as professionals/B2B).

  5. Choose the shipping method:
    (Only applicable to private users. Professional users have a single shipping method.)

  6. Choose the payment method.

  7. Made!
    You will receive an order confirmation email and you can follow the shipment through the link that you will receive via email once processed.
